• 1 : 1 personal training - 1 session £40. Block of 6 £ (Session duration is 50 mins-1 hour)

• 1:1 Pilates session- 1 hour £45

*Face to face sessions can take place from Horsted Health and Spa Gym at the East Sussex National (Please note, there is an additional £5 per session to pay directly to the gym for the use of their facilities, or free if you are a member there).
